Every boyfriend I've ever had is a major smoker...the smell does get to me. But what's more disturbing is everytime they light up, I think of the health problems and what they are doing to their body. I instantly think "you are going to die even faster now." I would never break up with someone for smoking, but I hate to be around cigarettes. I also don't appreciate the second hand smoke.
