The Book of Eli is an awesome movie if you haven't seen it. If you're a fan of fallout, it's the same atmosphere. Plus it has Denzel Washington and Gary Oldman so you know it's good.

Reddit, what's your favorite mind-blowing historical fact? by meupstain AskReddit

Jamestown was a really shitty place when people from England settled there. Living conditions were horrendous. England didn't know how to sustain a colony since they never did it before. They didn't know that they had to continually send food and supplies over the course of a couple years until the colony is self sufficient. After a long while, England sent over a supply ship and the crew discovered that almost everyone had died, the few people that were left were extremely malnourished and close to death. Instead of trying to find food, they were bowling. That's right....bowling.

[–]weezer353 -2 points-1 points ago

Im guessing main reason is since men hunt for long periods at a time and the weather could be really cold, the warmer you are the better. The extra hair helps trap the heat in

Because it keeps you warm and also helps protects your face from cuts. This would be more useful in male hunters than it would be in females
