I feel the same way. It's a cool movie, but the story isn't original at all.

"Hey, I used to be a bad guy, but I'm not bad anymore. Oh, look. Someone I care about. Wait, something bad happened, and now I have to do this one last job. Woops, it went bad, now the people I care about are in trouble. I need to save them. (Kills bad guys) Now we can live happily ever after."

I'm a Google Apps admin. I only have about 30 users (we got in on the free plan when it was limited to 50 users).

Out of the box, the administrative side is kind of lacking, but there are TONS of pay for "apps" that extend the administrative side to give you the kind of reporting you're looking for. I haven't messed with any of these, so I can't recommend any.

Crop factor means that the camera can not capture the entire frame, so if you're shooting a camera that has a 1.6 crop factor using a 50mm lens, it's the same as shooting 80mm on a full frame camera. (50mm x 1.6 = 80mm)
