A little help needed... by PaintedRavenin badcompany2

[–]silence_hr 4 points5 points ago

Depends, what role you like to play?

Sometimes I even change my recon setup depending on which map or even which part of the map is played. If I am pretty certain I can run into a house with MCOM I use 6 packs of C4 and maximize damage from it to take down the house. If I think I'll need to protect MCOM after arming, I use mortars (and lightweight+armor).

On defense I use engineer on maps with vehicles and medic if there is no need for an engineer.

Sometimes I switch to assault during assaulting and spam enemies with smoke and give my team cover.

There is no perfect loadout for every map and every situation. learn the maps and use the best loadout that will help your team win.

Well, it wasn't the Germans who cooked your books, neither was French or ECB. Maybe you should start looking who in Greece made this happen, which Greeks are responsible? That would be great start.

Reason? And what was the reason to cook the books? Ahhhhh .... yes, you Greeks cooked the books because you wanted evil Germans to take control of poor old Greece? Are you fucking retarded?

Greeks cooked the books to take loans they can't repay and somehow everyone but those same Greeks who SPENT THE FUCKING MONEY are guilty you people are in deep shit???

Fuck off.

Had the Greeks stuck to the Drachma they might still be protesting in the streets and dealing with austerity

Had the Greeks been honest in their reports they would never enter Eurozone. The same Greeks who are whining now cooked their books and smuggled themselves into Eurozone so they can borrow more money then they should.

Mazda and Fiat to co-develop next-generation Miata and Alfa Romeo roadster. by EntroperZeroin cars

I doubt it would get lights from Giulietta, but something along those lines for sure. I wouldn't mind if they used more 8C design clues on it.

Actually, MX-5 GTA is more probable. Abarth does FIATs, while GTA is top Alfa model.

Just spend one year worth of military budgets on such a project and don't worry about costs.

It's not religion thing, it's cultural thing. It is crazy point of view, but not only Muslim and not every Muslim thinks like this.

WTF. I just can't wrap my head around this .....

“What else can be done with such children?” asks Kamal. Her husband Om Prakash and nine others from Balla village in Karnal district, Haryana, have been in jail for the last year. On May 9, 2008, Om Prakash along with others allegedly tied the hands and legs of her 23-year-old pregnant daughter Sunita and her husband Jasbir to a tree and ran them over with a tractor. Their bodies were hung outside Sunita’s house to warn youngsters who might be considering something similar. Both were from the same gotra. Says Jagat Singh, a member of the Kaliraman Khap, which ordered their killing, “We believe that all those who marry within the gotra are bastards. To save the biradari (community), one has to kill the dissenters.” Villagers hail the murders as a victory of good over evil. “The parents of such children should quietly murder them. Not many get such an opportunity to show their true commitment to the biradari,” says Jai Singh, another member of the Kaliraman Khap.

Jesusfuckingchrist .... why?

The fuck??????

The Khap’s misogyny is not limited to female infanticide. They rely on an age-old tactic: rape as punishment for a whole family. In 2004, in Bhawanipur village in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, 20-year-old Chetan eloped with Pinky, the daughter of an influential Yadav family. The boy belonged to the barber caste. The Tevatia Khap ordered that while the couple should be traced, Sia Dulari, Chetan’s mother, should be raped turn-after-turn by the members of the Yadav family, since her son had dishonoured the Yadavs. “Not only did they gang rape her, they burnt her alive to destroy any evidence. The police knew about it but did nothing,” says Raj Narayan, Chetan’s uncle. Only after activists intervened were some arrests made – but everyone was later released on bail.

Option 2: These "Radicals" use the money wisely and invest in projects that will not only create jobs and growth but will also to pay off debts.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA ...... only reason Greece is getting any money is because it is in eurozone. As for investment ... sure, just like all that money they took and invested in new jobs so far?????

If Greeks actually invested the money they took from the banks they wouldn't be in this shit. But no, they spent it on what? Higher salaries for public sector, pension for 50 year olds and similar crap.

[–]silence_hr 4 points5 points ago

What if you already have a tiny public sector?

Well, do they? And public sector isn't only way to spend money. Pensions and other benefits unsupported by your economy and paid from loans are even worse.

My country (Croatia) has some of the same problem as Greece. Our morons took so many loans and did nothing with all that money so now we are in deep shit.

Massive public works such as roads, trains and power stations can employ millions of people who would otherwise be out of a job

A myth back from 1930's. Modern construction doesn't employ nearly as many as you think. Millions? There is a reason why we have "service economy" now, we simply have no manual jobs for everyone.

Ultimately, the government has to find a balance and decide whether to cut spending or boost jobs, or a combination.

I vote for combination. Spend less, but support job creation. In private sector.

Then there's the fact that most EU countries are already massively in debt

That's the biggest problem. They took loans they couldn't repay. They went crazy with borrowing and spent on what? Pensions, public sector and shit like that. They didn't even try to invest that money, they acted like drunken sailors in a bar after 2 years at sea.

Why should countries borrow so much money? Sure, big infrastructure projects can't be paid easily from budget, but taking loans for pensions and dumb shit like that? Off course they are broke right now.

[–]silence_hr 1 point2 points ago

As for myself I want to see austerity and reforms all the way, with some stimulus in infrastructure projects across the EU.

That would be great. It seems we agree on this one.

[–]silence_hr 9 points10 points ago

True, but if you get your country in order, get rid of corruption, decrease size of public sector, make changes to labour market and so on, these should have long term effects. It's a harder then just spending, but it was spending outside of their means what got them into this trouble .... how is spending even more gonna help? They need to spend less and create healthy economy.
