I feel this article makes cheating sound more prevalent in Asia than it actually is. You have to understand, a vast vast majority of Chinese students do not have the financial means to go to college across seas and therefore do not need cheat on their college apps (there's a strict system of college application in their own countries ie. GaoKao). The cheaters are mostly rich spoiled Asian kids giving the rest of the hardworking asian students a bad name.
