I had a date with a really attractive girl. We met up and wandered through Hyde Park in London, then had lunch, then we headed to another London park.

We sat down on the grass and were chatting. In front of us was a group of about 10 pigeons pecking around at food scraps left by people throughout the day. We talk for a long time, really relaxing and peaceful. A seagull lands near the pigeons, no big deal I think. The seagull then starts acting really strangely, lowering it's head to the ground and creeping around. We make a joke about how it's really creepy.

About 10 minutes pass and out of the blue the seagull lowers it's head and charges a pigeon from behind, catches it and pecks it to death. This is 10 feet in front of me and my date. It then proceeds to pluck the feathers from the pigeons back and start eating it's guts. After a couple of minutes the seagull is stained red with blood.

We both laughed how strange an event we had just witnessed but it completely killed the mood.

tl;dr I was cock blocked by a bloodthirsty seagull.
