How about Morde. Morde ults a guy, Darius kills the guy, Morde gets a ghost, Morde Ults the next guy, Darius Kills him, Morde gets another ghost. Morde ends up with 5 ghosts.

After playing around with it for a while, I think this is the most correct answer. Normally I am only able to proc it 4 times in a row casting 2s apart, but a couple times I was able to get 5 procs in a row so I am not sure how that happened. Also this change is not listen anywhere in the patch history for the item.

That is not how it works, as I can get it 3 if not 4 times in 6 seconds. I believe UnconsciousThought is correct in his explanation.

That is definitely not true, as if you spam it quick enough you do not get extra mana for each one.

EDIT: I tested it on blitz, and got 2 stacks when using all 4 abilities.

Well I wasn't counting, I was looking directly at the game clock. I would look at my max mana , then look directly at the game clock. At say 7:00 exactly hit Q, then hit it again at 7:02, then 7:04, then 7:06 and then 7:08. Then I looked at new max mana and it had increased by 20 (4x5). I did this several times and this continued to happen. Maybe it is a new glitch with this patch, but it definitely was not a 3 second cooldown.

EDIT: Also I am on NA servers.

This is definitely the reason why. You likely know a few people on your team and the other team in every game if not all of the, so its more of a friendly atmosphere than the ranked everyone else plays. Also a large percentage of those people are on a team (not necessarily a team like CLG or MTW.na or Legion, but at least some team that might play Go4LoLs or something like that). Once you get to that point, winning solo queue games is not the most important thing to them. They practice getting better with certain champs, and learning to play against certain champs. Unless you are trying to get rank 1, winning just means longer queues.

They would be better though, and HSGG has a lot on his plate just managing CLG, especially now that it has three teams, and it wouldn't surprise anyone if they expanded even more, possibly picking up a Korean team. It wouldn't be forcing him to retire, but he might just feel like it is time he retire because he has other important things to do. Also few would argue that HSGG is a better top laner than Voyboy right now.

The fact that they are only a few weeks old and have put up consistently good results up against the top NA teams is even more impressive. And its not like a team such as Mono that came out of nowhere. Salce, Nhat, Aphro, and Unstoppable all have a lot of experience, and are all very highly thought of at their position. Add to that a respected top laner like Wings. The team may be only a few weeks old, but recently it seems that few roster stay stable for much longer than a month or 2. Lets look at the teams from IPL4. All 8 teams have had roster changes since March 13.

Right now with the way Epik is playing (only losing 1 BO3 with current lineup, on very first day together against CLG, and in the past week beating Curse in RoG and ESL) Curse is clearly no better than 5th.

Outside of IPL, they all let you get 720p+ without subscribing. I have never seen an individual streamer make people subscribe for that.
