One of my forums - also sport related brings in on average £200-250 a month, you have a captive audience who will always return, many of which will more than happily either click on the ads or donate as it's something they use regularly.

For me the forums I run are the biggest earners, my other sites tend to be 1 visit then off again never to return (they're code related, most come for the one time help then go)

Check folder and file permissions, had a similar issue not so long back and noticed one file was writable when it shouldn't have been.

About 6 years ago I worked in a pub kitchen. One day the chef asked the porter to take some meat out of the oven as he was busy. A few minutes later the boss comes out shouting "Niggas don't touch the food, get the fuck away".

We stood there wondering if we'd actually misheard him, the porter asked him why this was a problem only for my boss to reply that it's bad for the business if word gets out that a black man is in the kitchen touching any food.

3 of us quit that evening and a few weeks later he closed down as he couldn't staff the place anymore.

Spotify now handles all my music, I'm more than happy to pay £10 a month knowing I can access millions of songs on my pc & phone.

Games and films are taken care of by Lovefilm, again I pay just over £10 a month which gives me unlimited discs a month.

Or you could make your own case. Plastic required to do this wouldn't be expensive and it's not difficult to shape it (heat gun could work & mould whilst it's flexible)

Quick mockup which moves the main focus (the game) into the center panel with a small panel showing recent achievements and current total.

I left the right ad in as it's not in your eyes anymore and MS would never have an ad free dash anyway.
