I remember a few years ago when David Wells was pitching for Boston, he tossed this big, lazy, looping curve that looked like it was headed for the luxury boxes and eventually landed square in the middle of the strike zone.

Whoever the ump was, was so unprepared for this pitch to become a strike, that he froze up, and let it go. I remember even the batter was shaking his head, smirking to himself. Needless to say Wells had a few choice words.

The ump evidently realized he just completely botched the call. After the batter fouled off the next pitch, the ump walked the ball out to the mound and personally handed it to Wells with a look that said, 'I missed it'.

I don't hate him; I don't hate anybody. But, his preaching is obnoxious. He's exploiting his celebrity to promote a religious doctrine. Were an atheist to do the same thing (or the opposite, more accurately), I would find it equally offensive. An occasional mention of God, or lack thereof, is one thing, but Tebow's constant reminders that Jesus Christ is his lord and savior is, IMO, inappropriate in the NFL. Additionally, his work with anti-gay, anti-choice Focus on the Family is unsettling at best.

I've read the advantages of shooting in RAW are overstated, unless you're planning on fucking with the contrast a lot. The files are huge and converting to png's or jpeg's can be a pain.
