I've been thinking about getting Mjoll as a companion too. What I wanted to know was if she could die or not. If I'm doing a spell, and she's in the way, will she die, or just kneel down?

If you don't own Breezehome, check Dragonsreach. If she's not there, then I'd say she's waiting somewhere for you (she'll eventually get tired of waiting and go to Dragonsreach, I think) or she died.

If I recall correctly, you only play one as part of the main story. If you're meter fills up completely red and you're no longer anonymous, templars can attack a den which you have control over. You go over to the contested den to begin the tower defense game.

It doesn't show up on a search on Amazon. The page on Amazon says it is currently unavailable. If you check the version you have and the version that is on the market, it'll be different. Finally, here's a couple articles saying why the developer pulled the game.

I think for some of the challenges, you don't unlock the actual challenge until later levels. So you might have already gotten the 44 headshots before you unlocked the challenge. You need to get the 25 headshots after you unlock the challenge. If you go through your barracks, the different categories of challenges will tell you when they are unlocked. Hope this helps.

For anyone interested, the pre-order exclusive DLC ("The Naked City" from GameStop, "A Slip of the Tongue" from Wal-Mart and some other in-game outfits) is also available. They also have that "Rockstar Pass" which bundles all of that together and also will give you access to two new cases when they're available in the future.
