I own the watch you are currently wearing.

Sadly, my watch is at a repair centre in Mississauga at the moment, because several of the minute indicators have apparently decided to fall off at the same time. I'm guessing a sudden shock knocked a bunch of them loose. The other major issue is that the latch is a weird design that comes loose really easily.

Now with that said, I get a TON of compliments all the time and I love the design.

"Tasks" is my favourite Google Tasks organizer. Uses a Holo theme, totally worth the price.

"Cam Scanner" is pretty great for scanning receipts or academic documents. Good interfacing with Dropbox.

"Green Power Premium" is my preferred power saver.

I've managed to put a crack in the top corner of my screen - I dropped it at the club and some fellow stepped on it, but it had no scratches from the incident!

I see a lot of people online blame keys on their scratches, but the metal used to make keys isn't technically hard enough to scratch hardened glass. I think people tend to blame it on their keys, but they probably had sand in their pockets or neglected to remember a time they dropped their phone or did something careless with it.

I just took the Diztronic stock screen protector off because I miss the Nexus' oligiophobic coating. I'll say though, the Diztronic's stock protector is surprisingly nice for the price.

The alarms are pretty cool and a few of the notifications are interesting. The ringtones are mostly the same cheesy stuff that always gets bundled with Samsung/LG cellphones.

Another misleading title on an otherwise great reddit submission. Sorry to pile on, but I hope you've learned a lesson about being more careful when you submit things. It damages your criticism when you put falsehoods in the header for the video.

This happens in about every other submission in TodayILearned.

Nice attempt at an appeal to authority, but that fallacy doesn't fly. Minimal heels are advantageous for sprinters because of the unique posture when running shorter distances. If you look at middle distances and up, the pros use small heels. Keep in mind the debate is on long term health, not biomechanical efficiency, so I'm not sure what your point is beyond a weak attempt at justifying your beliefs with the actions of world class athletes.

Honestly stay off the sidewalk when you run. Asphalt is way more gentle, so follow the rules of the road (pedestrians run against traffic) and you'll be better off. Trails are great too, but the uneven terrain might be a bit rough on your ankle initially.

Please don't listen to the above poster about the stretching... You are doing a great job by warming up with a walk before you run - but you don't need to stretch beforehand! Static stretching before exercise can increase your chance of injury! Dynamic stretching could help, but some light physical activity, like a brisk walk before you start your run, would be functionally similar.

The resistance bands might not be a bad idea, but you might want to talk to a professional like a PT to get a routine sorted out. With some prescribed exercises you might be more likely to improve your ankle stability instead of compromising it.
