Their reasoning was that "women can get pregnant and so they're more aware of the consequences, and men can't get pregnant so there are fewer consequences for them."

Because fuck logic, that's why.

I've never seen anyone get in trouble for it, I don't think it was really an issue, everyone just left them to sleep. If they were sleeping in a place where they were in the way, or it was a health and safety hazard, they'd probably do something, but otherwise I don't think anyone really minded.

As someone who's worked in an airport, I can confirm that people do this a lot.

He was an arab? The actor who played him might be, but I don't think the show ever stated that he was an arab.

I really hope you're wrong about how easily parents would be willing to murder their children. Like, really.

What about couples who lose their child in an accident? Don't they deserve to have a chance at having another child?

Aren't there lots of different engines with different settings though?

How would you know which engine they're using to match their moves to? Or would you just try it with lots of different engines to see if they're using any of them?

Yeah, plus most of his stuff is genuinely done through mental feats. If you watch his live shows or his early TV shows on channel 4, there's a lot of stuff in there that couldn't have been done with just stooges or editing.

Sadly, Derren does (or at least, has in the past) use stooges.

It was revealed that his Russian Roulette trick was done with stooges. Really disappointing, but he's still a great entertainer.

I always figured it'd be really easy to cheat at online chess.

All you'd have to do is set up a game against a computer at the same time and play your opponents moves against the computer and play the computer's moves against your opponent.

Not that I cheat at chess or anything, but it occured to me a while ago that it wouldn't be that hard. I wonder how chess sites protect against this kind of cheating. I can't see how you'd be able to detect it.
