Why is there a need to believe in a god or a creator? you are making the all the claims so you need to provide the answers. you claim you there is a creator or god. PROVE IT you claim there is order in the universe. PROVE IT.

the burden of proof has not been mistakenly placed on theists it is correctly placed on theists. Even if we were to concede a god was the designer you now have to prove which god.

Belief in God as an intelligent first cause is a philosophical one, not a scientific one

thats fine dont try to convice the rest of the world that your god is real and then go on to pass laws so that everyone has to abide by

Yes but if the buyer says no he wants the item the sell will still be on the hook for the fees.

See I dont think so, I think there are a number of people like me who would much rather buy from the casual seller than the wholesaler who sells 1000s of items month. This is what made eBay so popular to begin with. Some of the larger sellers, have multiple accounts where they only compete with themselves by offering different prices by maybe just a couple of dollars or even a few cents.

Yes, this is true I had a guy tell me he would leave me bad feedback if I didnt refund half his money and eBay still sided with him. I made him send the item back and refunded it, I still got bad feedback.

It depends on how much time passed between it was listed and you bought it. It it was a short time period say and hour or so give the guy a break.

His only risk is bad feedback from you, since ebay doesnt give a shit about sellers anymore its hard to maintain a 100% feedback.

so i got the buyer to give me a descritpion of what she feels is wrong and asked her what she wants

so she is not happy with the quality of the screen that was put on it, and she wants 100 dollars as that is the cost of the repair.

I offered her 60 dollars, as I probably should have looked it over better and iphone 4 32gb with broken screens go for 240-275 on ebay

this is somewhat correct, as soon as your sim card is inserted into an ATT branded cell phone the network will be able to determine what type of phone you have and you will automatically be placed on a data plan. The key here is to get a NON-branded ATT phone this way they are unable to determine what phone you have. you can find these phones on websites like expansys.com but you want to look for a phone that will work on ATT HSPA 850 band to get the 3g signal T-mobile makes a phone called the vibrant that works either 3g network. YOu can pick up one of these on craigslist for 150 or less it just needs to be unlocked which is free with an app in the market.

what kind of parent would lock their kid in a basement for their entire life if they took a candy bar if I told them not to. As a matter of fact I cannot think of one thing my kid could do that would require punishment for eternity.
