I'm trying to avoid that, if possible. From my experiences with the police, they have been pretty ineffective. I also don't want to involve a whole bunch of people - parents, friends, etc - since most of them think the worst has passed. Plus, I don't know if I have enough concrete information to file for a restraining order.
