I'm pretty sure this video is shoot after the 2nd iraqi war. The Iraqi soldiers are the new iraqi national army soldiers being trained or fought along side US army. I assumed u were talking about iraq invasion of kuwait, which is 20 yrs ago. Things have changed a lot since then. Friends have become enemy, enemy have become friends lol.

The video is not all wrong and op is not all right. He is right on the inflation, currency and trade balance. But raising taxes will lower disposable income, less consumption, less growth. Fiscal imbalances is not a made up issue to distract the mass neither.

Well why should they? You wouldn't be a public servant if there's nothing in it for you. Besides public is just such a overly broad word. You can pick and choose who is the public and who's not. You would only serve the people who matters to stay in the power.

Well according to your standards (SAT or any standard tests), politicians or the people making the major decisions are pretty smart. Through out the history, people who achieve power has to be reasonably smart without the tests. The dumb ones will eventually be overthrown by the smarter ones. Im sure sarah glen and the good folks at fox are being smart in playing dumb. They are catering to a demographic which we don't agree with. If according to you most people are stupid. Then not taking advantage of those people are irrational too. And consider yourself smart could also be a stupid thing to do. Claim yourself smart when u surrounded by stupid people would get u labeled, such as arrogant or narcissistic. Politicians, not just american's like to have a common touch or w/e makes the stupids happy
