Sorry for this quick thread - leaving home right now, no real time to post a more proof-read thread :(.

EDIT: I have indeed received, for those interested, private messages of people offering me money, after my first thread. I have not responded to any of these requests. To make this point clear once and for all ("you're a scammer looking to steal my money!") I will write this: IF YOU OFFER ME MONEY, I WILL FEEL EXTREMELY INSULTED. DO NOT OFFER ME MONEY. I DO NOT WANT IT.

I hope this settle this trivial matter, based on some redditors' (not totally unjustified) paranoia, once and for all. I'd appreciate more advice and support on my original update. Now im leaving home for 2 hours for real.

Looking back at it, wise decision.

You know I did not sign a prenup because it was not "romantic" and it I was SO sure she was the woman of my life (hey, I am marrying here!), why would I sign a prenup? That's a sign of distrust ain't it???? Maybe deep down I know our marriage will fail and hence why I ask her to sign a prenup!!!!!!!

Man I'm stupid, stupid, stupid, STUPID. If you do marry, SIGN A PRENUP. I don't care how hot and intelligent she is, SIGN IT (unless she has more assets than you obviously).

Good question! To be honest I have no idea, I looked at "AskReddit" and saw "Xmas 09" and then read it up.

I'll make a post. I'm not a terribly fast writer but I'll make it. A lot has happened in the two last years and I think it would be a great idea to share.

It's crazy how she can change from one extreme - soft, gentle, delicate, wanting to be a good mother - to the other: destructive, angry, paranoid, etc.

Yes, I did write this very quickly - I apologize.

I have discussed these changes in the comments and replies of the older thread. I understand they are not easily found. Hell, the character limit on Reddit even limited me! Did you know there was a character limit on posts? I did not!

In the months preceding I was more absent. Once she caught me "cheating" as she called it when I told her I would work late; turns out I have been going out with friends (something I am not supposed to do) to drink. She called the office, and found out. It's all little details like that that led me to this.

Very honestly, and I know I cannot answer because I am not in your situation, I would have done it. A weeks/months of pain is nothing compared to having this problem for life. Congrats on getting it fixed.

Thank you, it's alright. You know what the irony is? I really wish I was trolling. Trust me, I really wish. It was all so sudden, so shocking... I wish this was all a prank and that cameras came out behind me with my kids laughing and saying it was done for the show and that I would earn $1,000,000 for my participation. Gosh I'm so tired I don't even know what I'm talking about.

I'd like to say something positive, but how can you trust her with your kids when she doesn't believe they're hers?

Oh I'm not even close to that right now. I'm staying home for the time being (thank you, insurance!) and we have been discussing having the kids stay with their grandparents after that. Then again, once the school begins, it will be a weight off our shoulders.

Right now it's not that she doesn't believe the kids are her - she knows they are hers and she really wants to believe they are hers, but for a reason, she just can't. She told me she had this weird feeling, it might never go away. She told me she just felt lost and couldn't be sure of anything. It's probably partly do to medication, but I'm not going to complain, believe me ;)

My wife has always been a very calm, pacifist person. She couldn't hurt anyone. I am sure of it. Well I was sure of it, anyway. I'm also thinking about what may happens if she is negligent or forgets something... Or gets a panic attack and believe she has to kill her children. Yeah...

Thank you for your kind words. It's funny because my attorney - the one I hired when I thought this divorce thing would be going on - actually bitched at me for letting her back, telling me I "would hire him again a month from now". Heh.

Thanks all for your support. I did post a new post here. Didn't want to reply to every person manually and this text has a 10,000 chracter limit. Thank you again for help. The last days have been pretty busy, to say the least.

Hehe funny, but I thought about the "cheating on me". My lawyer is still officially on it (although he hasn't started to work). For now I will let the things run (he has my hard drive). Until the papers are invalidated she did file them after all.

Actually for a while they were right. I was fully ready to defend myself. Things took a dramatic turn, but for one night I was ready for a long divorce battle.
