Ensure the car is on a level surface, since when you start jacking it up you don't want to have falling off the jack.
Put the car in park, engage the e-brake and put blocks behind wheels if possible (for why, see 1.)
If exists, remove hubcap
Loosen, but do not remove, the lug nuts on the wheel (lefty-loosey). Doing this before jacking up ensures the wheel won't turn if it's a non-driving wheel. It might also help with preventing damage to the drivetrain, but I'm not a mechanic.
Jack that sucker up. There may be obvious jack points on the frame (get your head down there) that will match the top part of the jack. If not, jack it up on the frame and obviously don't put the jack on any brake lines, wires, etc.
Remove lug nuts, the wheel, put on new wheel, and replace lug nuts.
Lower that sucker.
Tighten the lug nuts.

The owner of the property apparently wants to put in a Honda car dealership and Honda won't allow bikes too. Personally I wouldn't buy a new bike. When I went in to get fitted out for gear, they gave me a discount without hesitation.
