The problem is that a lot of Redditors are quick to get angry before getting to know the full story. It has happened many times before that Redditors would attack the bad guy in the story immediately upon reading the post only to find out that the story itself is biased much later. I would live a bit further to save those rent if I were you. I lived in Diamond Bar and I paid 450 for a room which INCLUDED internet, electricity and water. I was paying around $500 dollars (including money saved on utilities) less than you per month just on living alone. Your health insurance also seems a bit steep, might want to change another one.

I don't like it for 2 reasons. First, the home part is too small for an RV and second, the car part seems like a pretty shitty car. The car is ugly, has no space for a practical fuel tank and a torque-y engine and I don't see how this design is better than the standard car + trailer combo.
