Man, I want this so bad but just can't justify paying $40-50 for it since I only paid $30 for the game and there are several other games I could buy for that price that I've been wanting. If only there were a cheap DIY way I could do it myself. Sadly, my printer is completely out of ink and buying a cartridge is just as much as paying to have the thing printed and laminated for fucks sakes.

Yeah, I spawned in barren rolling hills and found a dead sheep. I ran for about 5 minutes and found nothing, only hills and fog. Eventually just killed myself.

Those things are nice, I know the ones you're talking about. They kinda look like street SUVs but can take a punch and keep going and are pretty damn good offroad. They rolled one (or one very similar) over and keet driving it in the documentary "Long Way Round". The lorry trucks I was referring to were actually these kind. The insides of these are of course packed full of tools and whatnot but they are designed to carry just about whatever and you can totally move the insides around and do whatever you want with them. I've even seen one transformed into a moving stage with the side popping open to park and play heavy metal in a parking lot.

Check out some of the lorries that racers use in the Dakar Rally (very much like this - but packed with tools and supplies rather than fancy beds and such), they make this thing look like pimp mobile. They are rugged motherfuckers and can crawl through just about any terrain and a decent speed.

I had this problem with being a landscaper. Our hours started as hearly as 5:45 AM and on 3/4 of our working days, we started out near residential areas and according to state and county laws, we couldn't make over a certain amount of noise so I would wake up, leave for work, and sleep in a truck until 8-9am. Or since my supervisor was mexican, we would go to goodwill and eat burritos from a taco truck.

If you can see and there's a little bit of moon around, sure that's fine. I probably wouldn't bother to boost my gamma or anything for the sake of realize . I'm speaking strictly of my latest night time adventures, where the is literally no moon at all and no light aside from flares.

Well shit. Is there anywhere I can pay to have something like this printed out and laminated? I've looked everywhere for a place to buy the map that came with the Arma2 box set, but I already bought the games and don't see anywhere that I can pay for this map while abiding by all copyright poop. :(

You can use your video card controls to crank levels around rather than screwing with monitor settings. Nvidia Control Panel, for instance has individual controls for brightness/darkness/contrast etc.

Darkness is not the same as completely blind. The darkness is unrealistic. You have walked around at night before in a place with no artificial light - yes? Have you ever been camping and had to get up to take a piss at night? Even with the moon at odd angles and only a sliver in the sky at night; you can actually see around your person. In this mod you cannot even see your hands in front of your face. It's ridiculously dark.

It's justified to me. I don't want to see as well as I can during the day unless I've earned night vision goggles, but I should be able to see well enough in the dark to walk around. Even during the darkest parts of the year in Alaska, you can still at least see your hands in front of your face. The darkness is ridiculous and not very realistic so I crank up my gamma so I can see a bit to navigate without having to feel and taste everything around me one step at a time and cry in a dark field.

Got this stretched across two 1600x1200 monitors at work (Enlarged to fit aspect ratio stretching across both using Display Fusion). A little artifact around the edges of the zombies but still looks great. Thanks :D

If he has a good reason to kill another human being, okay - fair enough. If someone gets too close and doesn't answer a friendly call, sure. Understandable. But to kill a man in cold blood over stuff that could be easily found by teaming up with another friendly player or even teaming up with a guy that has a knife or matches greatly increases the fun in the game for everyone.

To murder a man without a quarter asked or a fuck given is slowly breaking this game down and turning us into the monsters we're working so hard to survive against. It's murderous bastards that are destroying the world. The undead seem tame compared to the greedy bloodlust of some frantic hoarders.
