Why would I work out with them? Doesn't make sense.

My personal workout may not be suitable for the client. You have to calibrate and realize that not everyone should be dead lifting over 550lbs.

I keep a session within an hour. But there is 10-15 mins if debriefing, discussion etc.

I started doing it with no certificate... I think experience counts for more.

I train people in my condo gym, and charge 40 per session.

I fully agree but there is one element to consider... Based on the initial interaction she could have concluded that he is an orbirtor in the first place. People can say a perfect line but it has to be congruent with the man.

I guess that's an issue for inner game

Its easy to be an ass... But being an ass doesn't make you confident or alpha.

If a girl shows resistance never under estimate good humor it shows that you don't take her too seriously and life is great either way

I think you can see the the desperation based on your messages, you sound phased and assholey.

I can tell you are trying to be confident, but you need to add in some humor to the mix, you can't take it so seriously.

I would have added something like " oh wow, i totally forgot all about my massage appointment as well.. its cool, i can ditch but i want a shoulder rub."

Agreed fully.

I too had a shoulder injury which limited my flat bench. These days I do incline bb (zero pain) followed by flat db. The main plus for me is that the DB do impact the stabilizer muscles, which were weak to begin with. Doing just BB work will lead to injuries.

I have a large chest 48", and a 35" waist. There has been no negative change in size between the two methods.

People say that arms are easily over trained so you shouldn't dedicate too much time to isolate them, rather, do squats and deadlifts.

I think this is absurd. I followed the aforementioned philosophy and was stuck with 15" arms, after some isolation and focus im at 18". I have pics videos so you can verify.

Dehydration as mentioned is a possibility.

But you need some bad days so you have something to compare good days against.

Withholding sex is one of the most powerful thing a man can do, if you know how to escalate with foreplay that is.

I am by no means a mPUA. But I have managed to get girls beg for sex by just doing the contrary to most guys.

I think its a good idea to switch between strength and hypertrophy style workouts.

Your numbers for overhead press and barbell row seems pretty great for just 3-4 months.

Honestly, each time I go to the gym it seems to clear out.

After work is peak 6-8. I hit the gym around 7.30. I will purposely go in really late or on a saturday night if I want to make a video or lift heavy without people watching. - This is the uncivilized part of the world.

Yes to a certain level.

Once you are hitting lets say 506 on deads, adding up weight/reps isnt that easy. It took me 5 months to break 500 from 490.

There are some exercises that I constantly try and improve on. If I plateau then I switch it out.

Cool consant progressive overload can be dangerous as dc expects you to increase rep or weight so I don't follow it that strictly anymore

Totally agree.

Thing I like about Jack3d is the lack of coloring used.

Ingredient by ingredient pretty similar, but I prefer 1mr.
