First off, that's a really cool idea for a website! It's going to be awesome once people discover this and start using it in conjunction with a website like yelp.

A couple suggestions I have would be to make the very top the page (title, author, puff buttons, social media links) a little more compact. For me (I'm on a netbook right now) the elements have a huge amount of white space around them. I would also look into throwing the social media links into either the sidebar or the bottom of the page (people want to read it before they share it).

This is just my personal preference but I would also look into maybe centering the website inside some kind of container. When you scroll past the "Lists you may like", etc the white space to the right seems to throw things a little off.
