I guess you need to show your ID and your Weed Card, or else it isn't going to work at all. And the maximum is 5 grams a day.

It does, the drug tourism in increasing in the south. By setting a Weed Card, only people with the card can get weed. max. 2000 people with every coffeeshop. Getting the weedcard will registrate you in a database. Drugtourism will decrease at the coffeeshops, but I think that this will only increase the trading with illegal dealers. I have no idea if it is going to work, I hope it won't.
